It is our policy to develop and encourage long term, mutually beneficial and cordial relationships with host communities. I this regards, our policy is:

1. To comply with the requirement of our clients policy on community affairs.
2. To relate cordially with the host community.
3. To employ the locals for labour in all our operations.
4. To pay homage / exgratia fee to the community leadership and donate in support of the community development projects as approved by our client.
5. To liaise with client and community representatives (e.g. Project engineer and the community liaison officer, CLO respectively) in handling community problems that may arise from time to time.
6. To ensure that the line CLOs are contacted and informed of activities relating to community grievances.
7. To have close liaison with the CLO in order to improve focus and interaction with host communities in areas where we operate.
8. To be concerned with the need of our host communities.
